jilibb2 Terms and Conditions – Philippines

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through jilibb2.best (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform — including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilibb2 ("jilibb2," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account if one has already been opened.

jilibb2 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. All decisions regarding eligibility are final and at the sole discretion of jilibb2.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) jilibb2 account. Registering multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering on jilibb2, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address.
• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential.
• Notify jilibb2 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your jilibb2 account under any circumstances.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change, particularly your registered payment accounts.

jilibb2 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized use resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account unless jilibb2 can be shown to have directly contributed to the unauthorized access through its own negligence.

All deposits on jilibb2 are made in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless a specific game, promotion, or table states otherwise. jilibb2 accepts the following payment methods for deposits:

jilibb2 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jilibb2's control. Deposit amounts are credited to your jilibb2 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests at jilibb2 are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. This is an anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement consistent with PAGCOR regulations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

jilibb2 reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding threshold limits set by PAGCOR AML guidelines. Documents that may be requested include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment account ownership.

Withdrawals from bonus-derived balances are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered are generally withdrawable without restriction, subject to verification completion.

• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of jilibb2, you agree to first attempt resolution through jilibb2's customer support team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal support, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process.

By using jilibb2, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the above processes. Nothing in this clause prevents jilibb2 from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent unlawful activity.
